Die Abhandlungen zum Recht der Unternehmensfinanzierung markieren den zweiten Schwerpunkt der wissenschaftlichen Arbeit ihres Verfassers neben seinen Beitragen zu Corporate Governance und Anlegerschutz. In der Sache handelt es sich zum einen um Vorarbeiten und Seitenstucke zu seiner Darstellung des "Rechts der Unternehmensfinanzierung", die dieses Rechtsgebiet erstmals systematisch ordnet und umfassend behandelt.
