Dabei sind umfangreiche juristische Vorgaben zu beachten. In diesen kommt der Einsichts- bzw. Einwilligungsfähigkeit große Bedeutung zu. Ausgehend von einem Modell der Einsichtsfähigkeit werden die mentalen Funktionsstörungen bei psychischen Erkrankungen und deren gutachterliche Bewertung hinsichtlich der Einsichtsfähigkeit bzw. Einwilligungsfähigkeit dargestellt.
