Das vorgelegte Buch soll Studenten der Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissen schaft eine problemorientierte Einführung in das Gebiet des Wirtschafts rechts vermitteln. Es gibt die Vorlesung « Wirtschaftsrecht» wieder, die die Verfasser als Team in den letzten Jahren mehrfach in Frankfurt für Juristen und Wirtschaftswissenschaftler gehalten haben. Den Ausgangspunkt bilde te eine von H.-J. Mertens vor einigen Jahren begründete Lehrveranstaltung, die dann zunächst von Ch. Kirchner, später auch von E. Schanze mitgetragen und entscheidend mit weiterentwickelt wurde. Das Buch wurde wesentlich durch die intensiven Diskussionen zwischen den Autoren anläßlich der gemeinsamen Lehrveranstaltungen gefördert. Wir haben die einzelnen Kapitel inhaltlich aufeinander abgestimmt, aber darauf verzichtet, Unterschiede in Stil, Darstellungsweise und Akzentu ierung gänzlich einzuebnen. Federführend war für das erste Kapitel eh. Kirchner, das zweite Kapitel E. Schanze, das dritte Kapitel H.-J. Mertens; das vierte Kapitel ist gemeinsam von H.-J. Mertens und Ch. Kirchner verfaßt worden, wobei der Schwerpunkt der Bearbeitung bis einschließlich ).2.2 bei H.-J. Mertens lag, für den restlichen Teil bei ch. Kirchner. Wir legen kein abgerundetes und umfassendes System des Wirtschafts rechts vor, sondern eine in vieler Hinsicht skizzenhafte und eklektische, die gewohnten Perspektiven eher durchbrechende oder vernachlässigende Ein führung in Wirtschaftspolitik und Recht, deren Interdependenz wir als das zentrale Thema des Wirtschaftsrechts verstehen.
