Die reine Bedeutung der Kommunikation ist Mitteilung oder Unterredung und kommt vom lat. Wort "communicatio". Der Laie betrachtet Kommunikation also vor allem als das Zweite von beiden, nämlich eine mündliche Unterredung. Eine Unterhaltung zwischen zwei oder mehr Menschen. Und Kommunikation findet in allen Lebensbereichen statt. Soweit die allgemein unwissenschaftlichen Annahmen.
