Denn in diesem Segment finden wir faktisch noch abgeschottete nationale Markte vor, in denen bisher von einem wechselseitigen Eintritt keine Rede sein kann. Die Kardinalfrage lautet daher, welche formalen oder faktischen Barrieren rechtlichen oder okonomischen Ursprungs das grenzuberschreitende Geschaft behindern und eine gegenseitige Marktpenetration erschweren oder unmoglich machen. Es wird dabei zwischen den Bedingungen unterschieden, die deutsche Kreditinstitute im britischen Gastlandmarkt zu beachten haben ("Going Britain") und den Voraussetzungen, die auf britischer Seite beim Eintritt in den deutschen Gastlandmarkt zu erfullen sind ("Going German")-"
