Gutsch, 29 authors from 16 countries have contributed to this publication. It covers the fundamentals of project management as well as the PM techniques and software, PM organization and human factors and applications in effectively managing projects. The contributions demonstrate the enormous progress that has taken place in PM within the past years in a language and style which is understandable for project managers in both industrialized and developing countries.
