Untersuchungen zu ihrer Einstellung zur Wirklichkeit, den Möglichkeiten ihrer Darstellung und denkbaren alternativen Sichtweisen folgten. Die Autorin zeigt nun, wie sich aus dieser disparaten Ausgangslage zwangsläufig unterschiedliche Formen der Verarbeitung auf der narratologischen Ebene und damit die jeweils so unverwechselbare Poetik Arthur Schnitzlers und Stefan Zweigs entwickelt haben.
