Die Konzeption: Der Fallsammlung liegt die Überlegung zu Grunde, dass der Zivilprozess letztlich nur durch Fälle erklärt und verstanden werden kann. So werden in ca. 600 kleinen Fällen mit Varianten zentrale Rechtsfragen und Problemkreise aus der ZPO unter Berührung von GVG, RPflG, InsO und AnfG anschaulich erörtert. Seiner Bedeutung entsprechend wird dem familiengerichtlichen Verfahren nach dem FamFG ein eigener Abschnitt gewidmet. Das Repetitorium bietet eine ideale Ergänzung zu Vorlesung und Lehrbuch und wendet sich an Studierende vor allem im Schwerpunktbereich Zivilrechtspflege sowie an Referendare. Schwerpunkte der Darstellung sind u.a.: Rechtswege, Zuständigkeiten, Klage und Streitgegenstand, Parteiwechsel und -beitritt, verspätetes Vorbringen, Beweis-, Säumnisverfahren, Erledigung der Hauptsache, Prozessvergleich, Urteil, Kosten und vorläufige Vollstreckbarkeit, Rechtskraft, Rechtsmittel, Arrest und einstweilige Verfügung, Familiensachen, Mahnverfahren und Zwangsvollstreckung sowie Auslandsfälle. Die Aufgabenstellungen sind vier verschiedenen, jeweils am Rand ausgewiesenen Schwierigkeitsstufen zugeordnet: Grundlagen etwas schwierigere Fälle für Studenten Fälle für Referendare kompliziertere, entlegenere Probleme für die Prozesspraxis. Die Neubearbeitung berücksichtigt die neueste Rechtsprechung und insbesondere zahlreiche seit der Vorauflage ergangene Änderungen der ZPO.
