En esta segunda edición cada capítulo está estructurado de tal forma que contiene una breve introducción al contenido del mismo, después el desarrollo teórico y definiciones de los temas que forman, incluyendo ejemplos, gráficas o cuadros estadísticos de análisis según sea el caso, ejemplos solucionados con Excel y otros con el paquete estadístico IBM-SPSS, así como problemas a resolver, donde al final de cada capítulo se muestran sus respectivas respuestas.
