Demokrasi kavramı nasıl eski Yunan ve Roma’dan geldiği biçimi ile Demos- Cratos kavramlarının birleşimi olarak halk egemenliği anlamına geliyorsa, Kapitokrasi kavramı da gene Roma döneminden gelen Capitos-Cratos kavramlarının birleşimi olarak “sermaye egemenliği” anlamına gelmektedir. Türk halkı bu kitap aracılığı ile Kapitokrasi kavramını öğrenerek, demokrasi rejiminin güç sahipleri tarafından nasıl yozlaştırıldığını daha iyi anlayacaktır… İdealist politikada ve görünüşte demokrasi kavramı yürürlüktedir ama gerçekte, yani reel politikada geçerli olan Kapitokrasi’dir.
