台灣制憲基金會辦公室副主任。
出生於高雄，成長於台南，工作於台北。學涯航泊台南一中、
曾任李登輝學校校友會台北市校友分會會長、
2021年度社會關懷獎學金民主實踐獎、
任教於中道中學、師大附中、北投社大期間，
近年公共服務守備範圍在正常國家、台灣新憲、憲政改革。
