從我21歲接觸修行以來，到26歲知道此生天命，靈魂前世記憶甦醒⋯⋯歷經十幾年後，我將這段「毫無保留將自己擲入修行的火焰中燃燒、全然去體驗」的靈修過程寫下，做出總結。

我在十年前做出一個非凡的決定，基於失戀背叛打擊所帶來的難忍痛苦，我決定要終止我跟對方中間的痛苦模式，業力。在那之後，基於我靈魂強大的發願，接下來十年的人生，我進入前所未有的進展。

我超越了自己的命運，同時也了解此生的任務，生命藍圖。

我沒有走上那條自毀的，憤世嫉俗的路。我學習穿越黑暗與恐懼，甚至可以與之相處。

這十年透過身心靈的學習，靈修，與佛法的陶冶，我認識自己，包括我的天賦，人格特質，自我價值等等。即使過去我從未想過這些，但現在它們全都到來了，變得無比明晰。

我活在一個既夢幻又務實的世界裡。我是一個巫師，也是個療癒者，身心靈老師，我寫作，誠實記錄我的靈性成長過程。當我驀然回首，部落格竟然已經有一百七十萬個瀏覽人數了，

在十年後，我是這樣發現的。
