《著砚楼清人书札题记笺释》，收录著名藏书家、学者潘景郑旧藏清代文人郑文焯、朱祖谋、李慈铭、徐乃昌、俞樾、缪荃孙、刘春霖、莫友芝等人书札、便简及砚拓四十九件，内容言及官场、著述，以及文人酬唱、慈善捐款等等，而与藏书相关之买书、卖书、刻书、借书、校书等事，更是频频涉及，清末文人风貌和往来之景象，由此册中可窥一斑，而李慈铭、俞樾、刘春霖、莫友芝等人，更是于札中音容具现，读来如见其人。每一书札后多附潘景郑题记，共计四十四篇，其中包括长短句四十一首。潘景郑将这批信札赠送给了郑逸梅，可为二人交谊颇深之见证。韦力先生为这些书札、题记作释文、小注，并为笺释本事，剖析书札背后隐藏的点滴。
