社区治理：模式转变中的困境与出路

Description

中國社會正經歷由傳統社會中的社區治理模式向現代社區治理模式轉變的過程。兩種治理模式需要不同的社會基礎、人的基礎，現代社區治理需要的是人的素質、參與的能力、遵守正式制度的意識，而這一切在傳統社會中是不具備的；反之，傳統社區治理則為我們留下了注重人際關係網絡的建構、注重社會聲譽的特點。傳統社會的遺產無助于現代社區治理的實現，而現代社區治理所需要的能力基礎則有沒有建構的場所。由此導致李當前社區治理的難題。面對這一難題，我們提出了當前社區治理中的新的解決方案。
