社区过程与治理困境：南苑的草根自治与转变

Description

本書選取一個解困房社區作為田野點，進行了接近三年的田野研究。通過搜集回來的資料，對社區從1995年建成到2012年的故事進行分析，對社區的生成進行拓展研究。南苑的故事主要圍繞物業管理公司與業委會、住建辦及其他政府部門之間錯綜複雜的矛盾而推進，最終社區成為一個社區共同體與市場與國家進行博醫互動。本文採用社會建構的研究範式，認為社區共同體、市民社會是不同的主體（個人、群體或組織）建構而成的。
