本書從思想、文學、政治、哲學等角度，重回近現代德國歷史現場，在德國現實政治和政治哲學思想的相互闡釋中，發掘其政治思想的復雜面向，並試圖通過對「德國問題」的多層面發掘，探索納粹思想在近現代德國政治哲學思想傳統中的起源與發展，探究有別於德意志帝國思想的其他政治思想資源的可能，即從「文化政治」走向「政治文化」的可能。

李哲罕，浙江余杭人，哲學博士。現為浙江省社會科學院哲學研究所助理研究員、浙江省社會科學院浙江省地方法治研究中心研究人員，北京大學哲學系博士后，主要研究方向為近現代西方政治哲學。
