清末乡村管理思想历史演变研究

清末乡村管理思想历史演变是一个十分复杂的学术问题，目前的晚清思想史领域，有关这一历史现象专门而系统的研究仍然较为薄弱。首先，笔者简略探讨了我国传统乡村管理思想的发展脉络、基本内容与特点，以及清代中期传统乡村管理思想的总结与发展，此即课题研究的前提与基础；之后，笔者逐层解析清末乡村管理思想历史演变的发端与动力、争论与趋同、阶段与内涵、特征与原因，力图还原其历史全貌，此即课题研究的重心所在；进而，笔者约略分析了清末乡镇自治思想的实践，以及清末乡村管理思想历史演变后的国家与乡村关系，力图实现实践层面与理论层面的双向延伸；最后，在实证研究、前人学说与现实需求基础上，笔者试图揭示出清末乡村管理思想历史演变的心路与理路，尝试性提出有关当今村民自治建设的“三层治理机制”的理论假设。拙著研究难点，其一，传统乡村管理思想资源与现代新农村管理实践的有机对接问题，亦即国家与乡村视野下，“统域”与“自域”的历史传统与现代村民自治建设的承接与调适问题；其二，清末，我国传统乡村管理思想近代演变的心路与理路问题。
