本書綜合運用“嵌入性”、資源基礎觀、企業能力觀、全球價值鏈分工等理論和觀點指出在中國當前特定的稟賦結構和制度約束條件下，集群企業依託全球價值鏈實現國際化成長的實質和關鍵，即通過嵌入跨國公司主導的全球價值鏈組成的全球生產網絡不斷獲取知識租金。集群企業實現國際化成長的過程也就是其在全球價值鏈內獲取知識租金能力的不斷提升的過程。在此基礎上，本書構建了網絡嵌入性、網絡能力、吸收能力、知識租金獲取及集群企業國際化成長之間關係的概念模型，清晰勾勒出集群企業外部網絡的“嵌入性”特徵、吸收能力、網絡能力及兩種能力之間耦合與企業知識租金獲取及國際化成長的關係以及它們之間的相互作用方式，以揭示出以集群企業為中心的外部網絡特徵屬性、動態競爭能力對於集群企業國際競爭力提升的作用機制。本書嚴格遵循“結構-行為-績效”的分析邏輯，建立了“嵌入性-網絡能力-知識租金”的理論框架，旨在充分揭示企業網絡與動態競爭能力的協調演化規律及其對知識租金獲取的影響，為我國集群企業在全球製造網絡中的學習演化和戰略升級提供一個嶄新的視角。本書對於全球製造網絡中集群企業及政府部門有效管理網絡和有效利用全球價值鏈內知識溢出效應，探索出一條知識創新驅動的國際化成長路徑具有重要的指導意義。 More
