本書是李小牧教授作為首席專家主持的國家社科基金藝術學重大項目的成果。在我國全面深化改革的背景下，文化體制改革對於繁榮我國文化事業、文化產業以及對外文化貿易，促進中華文化“走出去”具有為重要的戰略意義。而作為文化體制改革重要指向的演藝院團，面臨在改革中求生存、在創新中求發展的形勢和機遇。本書不僅關注我國演藝院團發展現狀、問題與趨勢，探討文化體制改革與我國演藝院團發展的關係，而且重點考察我國演藝管理體制創新、經營機制創新、市場體系培育與完善，此外還在開放經濟視野中分析我國演藝院團國際化戰略推進，並試圖構建我國演藝院團評估體系，借鑒重點發達國家演藝院團發展經驗，全面助力深化文化體制改革背景下的我國演藝院團的繁榮發展。
