全书运用调查分析、理论分析、案例分析和模型研究相结合的方法，从新生代职业群体公民行为生成问题入手，打破了以理论为主的传统研究局限，真实地再现了再社会化过程中新生代职业群体公民行为的类型与样态，形成了一套新生代职业群体公民行为分析框架，并运用结构方程模型等分析方法，有针对性地提出了新生代职业群体公民行为引导策略和自增强机制，从而让新生代职业群体在提高企业竞争力方面发挥作用。
