洋律徂东：中国近代法制的构建与日籍顾问

晚清時期，在日本一次又一次覷覦、蠶食中國的同時，中國方面卻加快了學習日本的腳步。晚清和民國肇始初期，中國在開展社會轉型的探索過程中，很多方面都可以看到日本顧問的身影。晚清時期諸如有賀長雄與立憲，岡田朝太郎、松岡義正、小河滋次郎、志田鉀太郎分別與大清刑律、大清民律、大清監獄律、大清商律等許許多多現代法典的編纂，川島浪速與近代警察制度的建立，渡邊龍聖與直隸地方近代教育制度的建設，等等，日籍顧問的正面作用和貢獻都是不容否認的。


本書選取有賀長雄、松岡義正、寺尾亨和副島義一作為具體解剖對象，就中國政府聘請他們擔任顧問的過程、目的，以及他們擔任顧問期間所負責的具體工作等微觀領域加以研究和分析，以有助於人們全面理解日本顧問在清末中國社會轉型探索中發揮的整體作用。
