学术“全评价”体系论

Description

本書構建了以六大要素、三個維度和六大推論等組成的學術“全評價”體系。在評價主體、評價客體、評價目的、評價方法、評價標準及指標、評價制度六大要素中，評價目的是龍頭，制約其他五大要素。任何一種評價，都可以分成形式評價、內容評價、效用評價三個維度。評價目的制約論、同行專家主導論、評價制度保障論等六大推論，對於評價實踐具有很強的解釋性、指導性和預測性。本書為新的評價體系建立奠定了學理基礎，高度契合中央有關反“四唯”“五唯”“SCI至上”的精神。
