《中国公司治理分类指数报告No.15（2016）》是第三方评价机构——北京师范大学公司治理与企业发展研究中心研制的第15部全样本、全方位、多角度、分类评价中国上市公司治理水平的指数研究报告。包括65万字纸质图书加一张85万字DVD-ROM光碟。 本报告以国际通行的公司治理规范，同时基于中国的制度架构和现实国情，分类设计了中国公司治理评价指标体系，在此基础上，运用科学的方法，计算出了2015年2655家上市公司的6类公司治理指数，包括中小投资者权益保护指数、董事会治理指数、企业家能力指数、财务治理指数、自愿性信息披露指数和高管薪酬指数（高管薪酬指数的样本公司是2632家），并从总体、行业、地区、所有制、上市板块等角度分别进行了排名和比较。6类指数的全部样本总体排名和分行业排名，以及高管薪酬最高值排名呈现在光盘中，每类排名均同时有地区和所有制划分。 本报告在多个方面填补了国内外公司治理评价研究的空白，被国内外专家认为是“可以列入公司治理评级史册的重要研究成果”。其对于企业强化公司治理以保证可持续发展，促使监管机构加强公司治理立法和执法，引导投资者理性投资以降低风险，都具有重要的实践价值；也为推动公司治理理论研究提供了大数据支持。
