  从拉萨城到林芝地区的八一镇有近500公里的路程，途中要翻过海拔5000多米的米拉山，对我来说是不小的考验。经过了近两个小时的颠簸，我们的车来到了米拉山北麓的日多乡，这里的平均海拔在4000多米，车缓缓的往米拉山顶峰爬去，我的肠胃开始感觉到非常的难受,米拉山的顶峰上的七彩经幡，在微风的吹拂下，发出了呼呼的响声，像是无数的佛教徒发出的虔诚的诵经声……趁着同车的朋友在山顶歇息，我下车去路边的“卫生间”，由于初次来到高原，不懂高原上的规律，快走了几步，心跳马上加速，呼吸急促、作呕，牙齿就像要从牙龈里蹦了出来似的。回到车上，送我到林芝的朋友看到我的难受劲时都不知所措，他们从来没有遇到像我这么反应强烈的人，立刻不停的给我喝一种抗高原反应的饮料：红景天。我一直不停的喝，沿着绵延的坡道，喝到了工布江达县。我实在是受不了，红景天直往我的嗓门上窜，我喊司机师傅把车停到了路边，尽情的把一路上灌进肚子里的红景天吐了出来，身体和心理都一下子舒缓了很多。其实这里海拔仅有3000多米了，身体的感觉当然舒服多了。
