Description

为了规范和保证变电设备在线监测装置的质量，提高其运行可靠性，统一检验标准，正确、合理地评估在线监测装置的性能，特编制本标准。本标准为变电设备在线监测装置检验规范的通用技术标准，应与有关在线监测装置专项检验规范结合使用。本标准包含在线监测装置通用技术条件的检测项目、检测方法、检测结果的判定方法等，各类在线监测装置的专项检测项目及要求见专项检验规范。本标准由国家电网公司生产技术部提出并解释。本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口。本标准主要起草单位：中国电力科学研究院。本标准主要参加单位：西北电网有限公司、福建省电力有限公司。本标准主要起草人：高克利、阎春雨、毕建刚、是艳杰、毛光辉、彭江、袁帅、王峰、马江鸿、王献丽、陈新、鞠登峰、李忠晶、杨圆、姚巍。
