本标准根据《关于下达2009年度国家电网公司标准制(修)订计划的通知》(国家电网科1-2009]217号)文的安排制定。本标准用于规定国家电网公司电磁式电压互感器用非线性电阻型消谐器的选型订货、出厂验收、包装运输、设备储存、交接预试等环节的技术原则。本标准是依据国家有关标准、规程、制度，并结合近年来国家电网公司设备运行经验，以及我国电磁式电压互感器用非线性电阻型消谐器生产制造水平而制定的。本标准为首次制定。本标准附录A为规范性附录。本标准由国家电网公司基建部提出并负责解释。本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口。本标准主要编制单位：宁夏电力公司电力科学研究院、宁夏电力公司。本标准主要起草人：吴旭涛、彭江、车俊禄、艾绍贵、樊益平、季宏亮、罗宁、周文、严南征。
