Description

Jona er 11 år og jordas beste venn. Han og Ingrid reiser til Alta for å heie frem kusinen, Laila, og alle hundene hennes, som skal være med i Finnmarksløpet for første gang. Under forberedelsene opplever de at ting ikke går helt etter planen. Er det tilfeldigheter eller er det noen som forsøker å hindre kusinen i å vinne løpet? Jonas og søsteren Ingrid bor på Tjøme, like ved Verdens ende. I denne boken har de reist til Alta for å se kusinen delta i Finnmarksløpet junior. Det utvikler seg til et kappløp med tiden. Finnmarksvidda er stor og vakker, men farene ligger på lur. Ikke bare kulden, vinden og snøen. Noen forsøker å hindre løperne i å komme til mål.
