Opowiadanie dla młodzieży. Opisuje historię Antka, który zrządzeniem losu został sam, nie miał nikogo bliskiego, kto mógłby się nim zaopiekować po śmierci ukochanej babci. Rodziców stracił wiele lat wcześniej. Trafia do Domu Dziecka. Szczęściem, okazało się to dobre miejsce dla niego, wymarzonym domem, co nie wszystkim Czytelnikom może wydawać się tak oczywiste, jak dla małego Antka, który znalazł tu przyjaciół i dobrych, mądrych opiekunów, gdzie wszyscy dążyli do osiągnięcia dobra dziecka, nie ignorując jego potrzeb. W realizacji znalezienia dla siebie miejsca w tym nowym domu i nowej rzeczywistości pomagał mu tajemniczy magiczny kryształowy koralik — skarb otrzymany od babci, rzeczywiście spełniający najskrytsze życzenia chłopca. Czytając niniejsze karty aż chciałoby się, żeby wszystkie „bidule” tak właśnie wyglądały. Szkoda, że życie nie zawsze jest takie piękne, jak w literaturze, ale przecież nic nie szkodzi na przeszkodzie, by do tego dążyć.
