Sin embargo, la formación que ofrecemos a menudo se reduce a una enseñanza meramente informativa, individualista, irrelevante para la realidad diaria del creyente e impartida solamente en ocasiones y actividades puntuales. En general, parece difícil conseguir que nuestros ministerios de enseñanza produzcan vidas profundamente transformadas. El propósito de este libro es presentar algunos elementos pedagógicos importantes que la Iglesia no suele tener en cuenta y que nos permitirán colaborar con el Espíritu Santo en el proceso de transformación del creyente. En cada capítulo se incluyen ejercicios prácticos que nos ayudarán a analizar y renovar nuestro ministerio de enseñanza. Asimismo, este libro pretende animar a los maestros a que nosotros mismos desarrollemos una relación con Dios transformadora, que sin duda tendrá un impacto en las personas a las que servimos.
