A través de esta historia conoceremos varios pueblos del inmenso litoral norandino del Perú, con sus tradiciones milenarias, su gastronomía y su folklore. En especial la provincia de Pallasca, Puyallí y Santa Clara de Tulpo. También la crónica del tristemente célebre abigeo Conversho, que labró su reputación en la zona con sus incursiones a mano armada durante aquellos años.
