Tudo começou no dia em que fui assistir, em três dimensões, ao filme Alice no País das Maravilhas. A tecnologia mostrou-se surpreendente e seus efeitos mirabolantes! Num certo momento, tive a plena certeza de que um piano que caía em cena bateu na ponta do meu nariz! Foi incrível! Cheguei a colocar a mão contra o rosto para evitar a colisão. Coisas da modernidade! Mas, para além dos efeitos especiais, a história de Lewis Carrol chamou minha atenção por outro motivo bastante intrigante. Por detrás do enredo superficial, vago e praticamente desprovido de sentido lógico da história original, outra história começou a se revelar para mim, como um pano de fundo, cujo conteúdo fazia ganchos impressionantes com a primeira, apenas que, numa dimensão mais profunda e de não tão fácil acesso, mas, com uma coerência surpreendente. Aceitei o fato como sendo uma inspiração inusitada. Saindo de dentro daquela história da garota Alice eu vislumbrava outra história de muitas "Alices" e de seus "Coelhos Brancos". Tudo ficou ainda mais nítido quando, posteriormente, me debrucei sobre o texto escrito e, fazendo uma garimpagem detalhada, eis que a minha história emergiu da outra história, levando-me à descoberta de que cada ser humano, independente do gênero, idade, raça ou nível intelectual, pode viver o papel de Alice, bastando para isso se deixar seduzir pelo misterioso Coelho Branco.
