Este volumen hace justamente eso, enseñando cómo funcionan los semiconductores de potencia de una forma simple directa, dando aplicaciones prácticas y los conocimientos básicos para aquellos que pretenden convertirse en ingenieros o proyectistas, con un avance en los cálculos que involucran su uso. Sugerimos que antes de la lectura de este volumen los lectores hayan obtenido previamente conocimientos básicos en los volúmenes anteriores citados arriba.
