Este estudio busca verificar las posibilidades de que este curso pueda ser modificado con el auge de movimientos étnicos regionalistas en algunos países del continente. Las conclusiones se fundamentan en el análisis de la experiencia boliviana, en donde estos fenómenos se proyectan con particular intensidad y dramatismo.
