 一個女人不知道要吻過多少青蛙， 才能遇到真正的王子？ 由《小資女孩向前衝》男女主角邱澤、柯佳嬿再度攜手領銜演出的《必娶女人》，描述一個在你我生命中一定會遇到的「絆腳石」，那種專施小奸小惡來換取成功－－「必取」的故事。在現今的世代，人們不斷擦身而過，不僅對彼此一無所知，似乎也沒有任何的交集。若真的要找出男女之間的共同點，那應該就是他們在各自的工作上都充滿活力與戰鬥力。 女主角蔡環真（柯佳嬿　飾），不僅為愛而與好姐妹勝男（曾之喬　飾）反目成仇，又設計陷害男主角郝萌（邱澤　飾），讓他以為自己與環真發生超友誼關係，需要對環真負責。但正所謂女人不壞，男人不愛，可恨之人也有她的可取之處，這樣讓人恨得牙癢癢的「必取」，最後會是如何扭轉形象，蛻變成「必娶女人」，找到自己的必嫁男人呢？ 當一個視愛情為生命的女人， 遇上一個視婚姻為絕症的男人 挑戰女人不壞，男人不愛的愛情定律？ 必娶女人的故事就此展開……
