本報告整理各國主管科技部會發布的量子科技推動策略、科技計畫、技術藍圖，分析各國所關切的量子技術項目、發展時間軸，及其所投入的重點項目；並統計過去臺灣學術界所發表的期刊論文數量，及投入的量子科技類型，探討臺灣在此領域的技術能量分布。本報告可作為部會推動量子科技方案以及業界投入量子科技開發的參考資訊
