Estos son solo algunos de los difíciles interrogantes a los que se enfrenta Aprendiendo de la transición, un libro que es el resultado de un doble esfuerzo: el del análisis de un tema tan importante como lo es la justicia transicional, y el del proceso de formación en investigación de los autores, quienes en su mayoría pertenecen a semilleros de la Universidad de La Sabana y la Universidad de los Andes, y se reunieron para estudiar y proponer soluciones viables justas que, desde distintas perspectivas, contribuyan a consolidar la implementación jurídica del proceso de paz con las farc.
