El modelo administrativo que caracteriza la operacion de la organizacion, se fundamenta en los planteamientos propuestos por los diferentes autores que en el transcurso del tiempo han formulado las conocidas teorias administrativas. Este trabajo permite al lector entender que la cultura de la organizacion esta determinada por los modelos que tienen mayor aplicacion por los administradores, asi como por su origen, ya sea de caracter publico o privado. El texto hace un analisis comparativo de dos instituciones del sector salud de Bogota con el cual identifica los rasgos de cultura y las describe, comprobando que los modelos administrativos al igual que el caracter de la organizacion determinan la cultura de la organizacion.
