香港基本法面面觀

法律是一個帶有許多大廳、房間、凹角、拐角的大廈，在同一時間裡想用一盞探照燈照亮每一個房間、凹角、拐角是極為困難的，尤其當技術知識和經驗受到局限的情況下，照明系統不適當或至少不完備時，情形就更是如此了。 ――﹝美﹞博登海默 香港基本法是“一個獨一無二的文件”，是一個複雜多面體，它至少有三個維度：國際的、國內的和憲法的。“面面觀”意味著觀察主體的多元，觀察對象的多樣，觀察視角的多維度，觀察立場的多面向，甚至也意味著對同一問題上產生的不同學術觀點的寬容和包容。 本書收錄18篇文章，大體反映出兩地學者從司法、政治體制和國際法等不同視角、不同背景對基本法的理解和認識。各篇文章既有理論分析，也有實踐觀察和問題探討，特色紛呈之中，不乏持平之論和真知灼見，可謂當前兩地合作闡釋香港基本法的代表性成果。
