內容特點：
1） 總結南人用南藥醫南病　中醫藥雖定型於北方，嶺南地理環境有其自己的特點，南方人的疾病和用藥也有異於北方。南方民間藥工就地取材，沿襲本草的傳統方式去探討藥品的四性五味，發展出南方的“本草”傳統──生草藥，以土產藥材治理南方特有的疾病，並聯繫到南方的特性而著力於濕熱的調理。
