保險法

Description

自1980年代中國恢復國內保險業務以來，中國的保險市場一直快速發展。為了確保保險市場健康發展及避免市場上的違規行為，1995年，《中國人民共和國保險法》頒佈實施，以規範保險市場及保障投保人、被保險人、受益人與保險人的權益。近年，保險業務快速增長，服務領域不斷擴闊，加上科技的迅速發展，令市場上出現了很多不同類型的保險。《保險法》亦作出了數次修訂。本書分為四編，先從保險及保險法的概念說起，令讀者理解保險的運作原理及保險法；再闡述保險合同的原則及有關的法律問題。最後介紹了保險業法，令讀者了解有關保險公司的法律規管及監督管理。
