Turut dimuatkan ialah keadaan pembangunan yang gagal memenuhi tuntutan beretika lantas mewujudkan masalah dalam kehidupan masyarakat sama ada di kawasan bandar mahupun luar bandar. Walaupun tidak banyak makalah berkaitan kesan pembangunan yang kurang ataupun tidak beretika, namun penyunting berandaian bahawa kesemua makalah yang dimuatkan dalam buku ini memadai bagi menggambarkan masalah pembangunan yang berlaku disebabkan oleh isu etika.
