Namun, khilafiyah di antara ummat Islam yang bagaimana yang diperbolehkan oleh syara, itu menjadi pembahasan yang harus dikedepankan sebelum membahas materi yang dikhilafkan itu sendiri. Sebab mendudukkan perkara yang boleh berbeda dan yang tidak boleh berbeda merupakan kunci pembuka kebekuan tatkala berselisih seputar masalah yang menjadi perbedaan.
