歐洲聯盟實力的柔與剛

歐洲聯盟研究乃一門跨領域的學問，涉及政治、經濟、社會、教育、科技與能源等知識，不易由單一的外交、貿易或商法等專業範疇來理解，尤其是全球化時代需要「跨領域學習」（Interdisciplinary learning），除了具備本科系的知識，更需進一步培育多元化的專業素養。有鑒於此，本書從歐盟本身所具備不同於一般國際組織的特質論起，闡述歐盟展現的柔性權力（soft power）、規範性權力（normative power），以及足供國際社會學習與參考的作為。本書共收錄八篇國內學者專家所撰寫的精闢論文，涵蓋的面向有外交、戰略、社會、語言、思想與科技法律等相關知識，以期讀者能掌握歐盟這一組織特有的性質，以及對歐盟有更為寬廣的認識與了解，不致於仍在傳統單一基礎科學領域打轉。
