作者簡介

楊崇森
楊崇森為國內著名法學家，許多新興領域的拓荒者，在著作權法、專利法、信託法、仲裁法、英美法方面，尤負盛名。

學歷
臺灣大學法律系第一名畢業，律師高考第一名，臺灣大學法律研究所碩士，美國紐約大學比較法碩士、法學碩士及法理學博士。

經歷
曾任哈佛大學法學院研究員、臺灣大學教授，中興大學法律系主任、法律研究所所長，臺灣省民政廳副廳長，教育部高等教育司司長，中央圖書館館長，中央標準局局長，不分區國大代表，專科學校校長，中華民國著作權人協會理事長與臺灣信託協會創會理事長，執業律師、仲裁人……等職。

專長
服務橫跨不同領域，諳英日德文字，法學固然著作等身，復關心社會與民間疾苦，常在報刊發表時論，包括司法改革、教育改革、法政改革，專利改革、消費者保護……等建議，更因愛好旅行已遊歷八十餘國，撰有遊記數十篇。由於其廣博學術素養與豐富社會與人生經驗，常從多元角度描述旅行經驗，所以他的遊記與一般不同，不僅風花雪月，也常觸及社會與歷史，有獨特的風貌與品味，對讀者除了趣味性外，也有啟發性與知識性，可增加對國際社會與不同文化認知的廣度與深度。
