實用乾燥技術

Description

「乾燥」是個古老又是相當普遍的單元操作，從穴居時代的晒衣及火烤魚獲等，至今日的農業、食品、中藥製劑、製紙、礦冶、石化工業、陶磁、木材，甚至電子工業光碟的生產上等眾多行業裡扮演極重要的角色。由於乾燥對象在形態及物性上的各有所異，導致所用的方法、裝置也千變萬化，為解決此困難，此書提供給國內在第一線技術同仁能在短時間內了解乾燥相關的基礎知識，應用於選擇、概估及設計所需的乾燥設備或合理改善既有的乾燥裝置的操作的參考。 全書共23章，可分六部分。第1部分，第1章至第5章，涵蓋簡介和乾燥有密切關係的濕度以及乾燥用詞、基礎知識等，如什麼是乾燥？為什麼會乾？乾燥的過程、機制？如何在溼材料中注入熱能乾燥？這部分對略通乾燥的技術人員也有相當助益。在第2部分，第6章至第7章，簡介各式各樣的乾燥方法及乾燥器的分類，第8章藉材料靜置為例，解說乾燥器的基本設計方法。第3部分，第9章至第19章，共十一章，包含具主要乾燥器的概要、特性、基本理論、設計方法及適用性，並用實例介紹常見的乾燥裝置，讓當事人可依自己處理的材料找出合適的機種與操作條件。第4部分，第20章，全章討論乾燥裝置系統的熱效率，解析不同操作方式熱效率高低的現象，並舉例解說如何提升乾燥操作系統的熱效率進而達成省能的目標。第21章則用全章詳談乾燥裝置必備的熱源、熱交換器、流體體輸送機及供料器等輔助設備。第5部分，第22章，分別解說乾燥操作常遇到的塵爆、靜電、火災等災害的原因現象，並扼要介紹防止對策，在此章後半則詳解防塵及噪音汙染的現象和防止對策。最後第6部分，蒐集在乾燥操作中常出現的問題, 舉例說明發生的原因及解決困擾的對策。
