《李克強內閣》

之前，我們在《李克強班底》一書代序中，曾以“李克強還是值得期待的”為標題，去展望我們對還未接班的李克強本人，及其未來執政團隊的構想和期望。 當時，與李克強共過事的人告訴我們，他執政能力強，平易近人，很有氣質和風度。接近他的人更形容他思維清晰，總是比別人快半拍，嚴謹周密、處世老練，作風低調。熟悉他的人，稱他有情有義，與他在官場給人留下的印象完全相反。 而李克強本人在副總理任期所表現出來的刻意低調和務實，也讓我們確信在他接任國務院總理後，無論是他本人還是他的執政團隊，都會以一種嶄新的形象出現在中國的政治舞台上，或者可以說，至少能比溫家寶內閣讓老百姓感到更順心一點，看著更順眼一點。 然而，在2013年3月中國政府五年一次的轟轟烈烈的“大換血”結束後，出現在我們面前的確實是政府高層的“大變臉”，從國家主席到人大委員長、政協主席，從國務院總理到副總理、國務委員，在“黨和國家領導人”名單上都是新鮮血液，惟獨備受矚目的李克強內閣成員，在千呼萬喚之後的亮相，卻是以老面孔居多。 一群剛剛輔佐完溫家寶的前朝老臣，還未來得及更換一下戲服，甚至顧及不了上上下下的反對聲音，就搖身一變又成了李克強的內閣成員。人們禁不住要問，這樣一個新瓶裝舊醋的內閣還值得期待麽？
