還來不及對世界說完的話，都沉積在回憶的海洋，遠方的浪帶來一些聲響，溫柔地震碎沉默的隔閡。詩人宋尚緯的第四本詩集著作《比海還深的地方》收錄了2015至2017年間創作的67首詩，全書分為兩部分，輯一以內心情感為創作出發點，低語傾訴的溫柔詩句與日常而生動的意象講述人與人生命碰撞時所產生的情感，諸如愛戀、遺憾、寂寞等；輯二將近年來的社會議題融入詩作之中，直白而口語的詩句裡蘊含濃烈的情感，如火山噴發前的能量蓄積，飽含著詩人對世界的關心與期許。

我在生活中充滿疑惑
說出來的都是問句
每句話都是漂浮的氣泡
希望被誰接住
像你一樣，每句話都是試探
像閉眼朝前方走去
每一步都需要勇氣
