巨靈: 百年新詩形式的生成與建構

新文學運動使漢語詩歌徹底改變了一直以來遵循的規則；白話文全面取得主導地位，從此每首新詩都是獨一無二的個體。什麼是「詩」？一個最直觀的認定，卻關乎詩歌形式的根本。胡適想寫的「我自己的詩」是什麼？具有怎樣的形式特點和韻律節奏？他所創建的漢語分行自由詩，是否達成「言文一致」的目標，解決了漢語詩歌長期以來「言文分離」的情況？本書以「詩行」為核心，探討新詩的基本形式「分行自由體」的生成，以及在分行自由體的主導下，新詩如何建構起千變萬化的形貌。由新的角度檢視新詩的形式結構，分析新詩的八種詩行型態，包括如何透過空格、標點符號、換行、換節等明確的停頓方式，說明「分行詩」的結構。更從形式直指新詩美學的核心，確立多項重要特點：行句分離、終結詩體、由口語轉向書面，以及不對稱的詩歌美學。本書不僅完整剖析新詩的生成與建構，也點出了魅力所在。新詩的「不具形式」是為了方便每個人表達內心的詩意，傳達個人的所思、所想、所見、所感，使每一首詩都能具有個人色彩，都能表達個人當下的心靈狀態。此刻，新詩的形式，也就是每個人心靈的結構，這也是新詩不同於其他文體之處。新詩的形式還在演變，探索心靈的結構永無終結。
