Description
Grace is from the Greek word "Charis" and it means the bestowal of divine gifts from God which may be natural or supernatural in nature. Grace is mentioned one hundred and seventy times in the bible. Grace enables us to achieve things that are ordinarily impossible to men; and by it, we are highly favored in everything we do and everywhere we go. Grace is the divine influence upon a man's heart that opens him to God and draws him out of sin to God's eternal blessings! God does things for His people just because He loves them and not because they did something to earn it. Grace makes us to reside in the kingdom of God, live in unlimited resources and total freedom. Without Jesus "we can do nothing" [John 15:5], for it was Him that paid the price for our redemption. "For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift." - John 1:16 AMP Grace is made available in super-abundant measure which is a greater quantity than is wanted; it is such an overflowing, never ending spiritual substance, always being poured upon us from the infinite and illimitable God. There is a river of the Holy Ghost now bringing superfluity of grace; this agrees with the word of the Lord quoted above, we have received grace upon grace, blessings heap upon heap; we have been endowed with superlative, copious and never ending volume of grace. It is the season of great mercy and favor of God!
