Up to March 6, 2021, there are 115 653 459 confirmed COVID-19 cases across 223 countries, areas or territories in the world. Among them, 2 571 823 patients have been confirmed deaths. People's daily lives, social lives, jobs and finance are severely impacted so that the public are suffering of actual psychological stress under the COVID-19 pandemic, including anxiety, depression, phobia, etc. It is focused to control the spread of the virus and treat the patients. However, people pay little attention to dealing with the stress. In this book, based on an integrated model I have presented coping strategies to care vulnerable people, patients and their families physically, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually. The purpose of this book is to introduce the latest scientific research evidence, reduce the factors that cause stress, experience the benefits of the correct application of relevant theories and techniques, and provide scientific and feasible solutions to and prevention of COVID-19 and its mental health problems. The aims of this book are to educate the public with knowledge of preventing and coping with the stress from COVID-19, to encourage people to make their own contributions to community mental health, and to promote the level of the community mental health.
